VICTORIAN WALK EVENING
Last Saturday, Doris and I were in the display window of the Double Stop Fiddle Shop on Oklahoma Street, Guthrie, Oklahoma, for the Victorian Walk Evening of December 10. This is the shop where I teach fiddle and guitar lessons on Mondays and Tuesdays.
The Victorian Walk evenings feature live window scenes celebrating life in Territorial Guthrie in the late 1800's. Within one of the largest historic districts on the National Register, a portion of the downtown district of Guthrie is designated as a national historic landmark rich in history and architectural legacy.
